Tristana missing textures? (skin bug, she was all blue)
We went with my friends for fun on intermediate bots, and one of the enemy bots skin on the loading was blue, we began playing and we realized that even in game she was blue

Your champion texture files are corrupted, easiest way to fix this is to delete your champion texture files (to make sure nobody else is/gets corrupted) and then re download league of legends.
