Title. Buying any amount of heal and shield power on Lee makes his shield completely ignore the URF debuff.

I don't know which is worse.

  1. The fact that this happens (assuming I can take your word for it of course).

  2. The fact that this is somehow a problem.

  3. Or the fact that you were building Heal & Shield Power on Lee Sin in the first place.
