Champion Lock-In/Dodge Bug

I selected a champion, clicked "Lock-IN" and the button did nothing... then I got a "Attempting to Reconnect" even though my ally locked in and I could still type and send messages to my teammates.... So it didn't lock in then Dced me then dodged and penalized my LP because of it. Fix your shit Riot, I know it wasn't my god damn internet.
