Riot Please (two bugs still around)

Tldr: View match history on web is broken; i cannot reply to private messages due to not being friends even though i am friends with the user.

First involves match history where when "clicking view on web" it goes to an empty white box and doesnt load. (refresh, open in new window, etc. doesnt help.)

The second bug which i consider more serious is that when im private messaged. Typing /r (insert text) brings up a automatic reply stating that the user is not on my friends list, when in fact they are. There is no bias to name changed/original named accounts either as i thought this may be the cause as many of my friends recently name changed. It happens to EVERY user i try to reply to and only after exiting the game may i send them a message.
