F Keybind not working

So I was playing a match as Anivia mid, and I was ganked. I was fine with it because I knew I could escape with flash. After not flashing but still being alive, I look at my keys to see I am indeed hitting F, so my flash should be going off. Roughly 50 times. I died, and when I respawned I tried flashing to discover I couldn't. I would click F but nothing happened. I experimented with several more games as well as changing my summoner spells to no solution. I then tried switching my spells, and after placing flash on D (Which is dumb because F is for flash because it just makes sense) I could flash. I tried placing ignite of F and that didn't work either, same with all my other spells. I know it's not my key itself because I can still type F without any sort of issue. This is accompanied by the fact that I tried closing league and restarting it, with no success. It's also worth noting that for whatever reason I also had my FPS displayed on the bottom left, along something else but I am not sure what it was as I don't know much about computers. I hope this issue is resolved soon.
