[CLIENT] Does not fully mute when minimized in new champion select.

When I minimize the game during new champion select, it will mute itself. And then a few seconds later some random instruments will start quietly playing, almost as if instead of "muting" the sounds Riot just disabled most of the orchestra but still let a few stragglers play their instruments.

I don't know how this bug could even exist from a programming standpoint tbh. It's weird.
