Can we hotfix the Fervor of Battle bug?

In the patch notes it says it stacks with abilities but in client it says it doesn't and in game it doesn't stack with abilities.

I mean the keystone is terrible and should honestly be hotfixed into like onhit damage because it is terrible on Kayle, Jax, Shyvana, ect but at least allow them to stack it whenever they use abilities.

It was changed FROM on hit damage TO attack damage because it was too strong on attack speed champs and too weak on others.

That's fine? It being AD now leaves Jax with no keystone.

It doesn't leave him with no keystone. It just lowers the effectiveness which was intended.
