[Gameplay] Illaoi E Sound

So, this only seems to happen if Illaoi is a supp, as I've never heard it otherwise, but you know the little sound effects when she hits someone's spirit that she yanked out with E? Well, I was hearing it in mid lane today, but it was kind of sporadic. Sometimes I heard it, sometimes I didn't.

Not sure if it's caused by the Relic Shield line, or if it's just a weird bug that happens when someone other than Illaoi hits the spirit (the ADC, you know. Normally she's alone top lane).
