I can just fix it by pressing "activate" again in the league displays window but it's still kind of annoying.
I have exacty the same problem with Spellthief lux splash art, except the background is blue instead of orange. I wonder if there's a fix to it...
Same, i tried lot's of different wallpapers but they all bug, get a blue screen with white dots. One way of getting it back is by (winodws 10) dragging any open window to the right/left side of the screen but then after a bit it just goes back to being bugged.
