Enemy Jhin W Changing Between Red and Blue

I noticed the other day in an ARAM, the enemy Jhin's W would switch between being colored red like it's supposed to, and blue as if it were a friendly fire.

It should be red so you can tell its from an enemy but it kept switched between red and blue and this caused me to accidentally confuse it for a teammate's shot multiple times.

Not sure if its a problem in other game modes but just thought I'd share it.
