League's servers crash, and I get penalized with a dodge? WTF?

I was at 0LP and league's servers crashed or something. Got thrown out of the game right as the loading screen was about to pop.

Then I'm unable to log back in for about 15min. The red button shows up on League's home page indicating ranked is shut down to fix the issue. So it's Riot's fault, not mine.

I win my next game, and what do I see?

20LP (+23).

I can only assume I got docked 3LP for a dodge, but that's entirely unfair. I didn't dodge - league's servers crashed. Absolutely nothing I can do on my end. How is that remotely fair. If I was in a promo series, would I have been hit with a lost game? Come on guys...
