Unable to accept queue pop

I had 3 queues pop in a row where someone declined the queue and I went back in to queue. Then the 4th time I accepted and waited and at the very last moment it said match found but the match wouldn't load. Then after another ~3 seconds it said that I declined the match was was returned to the lobby (no longer in queue).

I accepted. Pretty early at that. I don't think it's a coincidence that 3 queues in a row failed immediately before that too. Something is up.
