Million Dollar Company That Still Has a Crappy Client

I love this amazing new client you are forcing us to use. I love being stuck on a loading screen while my friends are fighting in a ranked flex game. I'm still connected in Discord and talking with them but I'm literally frozen and cannot exit out of the game by any means, because of your new client. I love playing games with my friends to find out they are getting a ALT tab client error because of your new client. I love playing the game period and having one or two teammates every game, be effected by your horrible new client.

The level of incompetency and your work ethic is called into question when you implement a new client that you cannot even be bothered to fix the problems in a decent amount of time. These issues have been out for months now when you forced this new client on to us, but millions of players are still being effected by it. Thank God I got Gold in solo because I don't think I'm going to play this horrible game anymore until at least the client optimization and bugs are fixed. No one can play this game when you guys are not addressing these issues. I don't know how and why there is not a single word about these problems and remedies to these problems. I also don't want to hear a message from any Developer or someone else that is going to sit here and tell the community that it's their internet. I've never had these problems ever and I have a wired connection. I have friends that are effected by that ALT tab bug issues all the time, but where is the remedy? I see people not being able to connect into the game all the time . . . . and it's not their fault.

If you are going to expect players to buy your content and give you money for it, give us a product that actually works and doesn't upset the playerbase. I lose my last promo after trying to carry myself hard out of Bronze flex. Wow, how convenient your horrible client decides to bug on me (after I've hardly had problems with the game for the past 6 years) when I'm in my promos. Trash company that is more interested in creating more game experiences in other ways but cannot be bothered to fix the current problems in their game that is creating negative experiences. Get a grip Riot. Losers.
