A game affecting bug I'd like to confirm

Oi mates,

Ever since patch 5.24 I've been having these occurences where I would not have the correct rune/mastery page ingame, when I clearly checked them and set them up properly as I do so in any game.

Example is Playing as Lucian, setting my masteries to my Lucian page with Fervor of battle (18/12/0), and then in game I get Thunderlord's decree (0/18/12) instead....

I'm just trying to figure out if its just me, or is that a general issue, but one thing I know for sure is that its not me taking wrong runes or whateves, Its a clear bug I've been having very specifically since 5.24.

EDIT: the occurence of this bug is frequent tbh, about 1 of every 10 games.
