[CLIENT] Cannot switch OpenBucks Gift Card

How to reproduce:

Step 1) Select Subway card in OpenBucks

Step 2) Buy RP

Step 3) Log in another time, and select OpenBucks. "Select Gift Card" (or any other link inside Adobe Air) will not work. You will be locked into "Subway Gift Card" mode and cannot switch to another brand.
