Zyra Ult Bug After a DC

My last game earlier today I got a Reconnect Freeze and had to leave game and relog. After I got back in the game my ULT wouldnt work.

My R button did work and when i pressed it i could see the visual of the range but it would not cast. I had to relog a 2nd time to get my ult to work.
