Janna's Q aiming reticle

Been playing Janna recently, and from time to time sometimes when I'm just moving around normally Janna's Q's aiming reticle appears for a second or two directed in front where she's facing. Seems to be completely random since nothing I do can actually prompt it to happen, it just happens out of nowhere.

It's purely a visual bug though, it doesn't actually cast the Q for the times it happened so it's not really gamechanging.
