[GAMEPLAY] Custom item sets have an extra control ward in game only.
As you can see, there is an extra "consumables" category with a control ward at the bottom of the list.

This happens with all custom item sets (even empty ones). This is what my item set looks like in the client (when I scroll all the way down).

And this is what the text file looks like (nothing here explains why this is happening - it seems to be an actual in game bug, and not a bug with the file):

I decided to finally use item sets again since you guys gutted red smite so most of the "recommended" items are useless for my champ. But the extra control ward at the bottom is a little annoying.
