Zyra's Q much larger than it should be

Expected interaction: Zyra's seeds sprout plants when hit by or within half a width of the rectangular spell.

Bug: Plants will sprout 2-3 widths away from the spell, well out of the intended reach.

If this isn't a bug, then their intention is wrong. They already quadrupled the area of the move and tripled the possible seeds, there's no reason to add an additional doubled range.
