@Riot Kateykhaos I just bought Bloodstone taric on sale for 50% off and it charged me full price.
My history showed that it was purchased for 487 RP but i lost 975 RP.

This has happened to me as well, I think it is just a display issue in the client.
Try resetting your client in some way, close and reopen, join or spectate a game. When you come back it should show your RP amount properly.
