"We aren't able to create a lobby right now"

"Please exit the client and re-open it to try again."

I've been getting this issue where I can't hit the "play" button in the updated client for a while now. I have no clue what causes this or how to fix it. I have to restart my league 3/5 times when I launch it just to be able to play the game.
