Very minor hextech crafting related bug(key fragment)

Months back i would whine why i got barely any keys,then i discovered why

basically what occurs is that when you get a key fragment,there is a chance that the post-game lobby won't actually show that you get a key in text,this created the illusion for me that i got no keys

sadly i have no screen shots,but back in july I think i got 7 keys,3 out of those 7 games the text that showed me i got a fragment didn't pop up
