JInx ult is STILL bugged

Hit an Ezreal that was about 1/4 hp from a little over half the lane away. That's 330 damage + execute, it did 260 damage. The execute damage is still not applying.

I made a thread about this not long ago that had like 16K views and a ton of upvotes. I'm at least hoping I can get some red acknowledgement that you guys are aware this bug exists?
