It occassionally doesnt stun/disable , it will stop the disable, but it wont turn it on them

i actually can confirm this. But not consistently never 2 times the same. sometimes it appeared to not stun if i proked the vital with W as blocking the cc. sometimes it appeared that if they werent directly facing me it wouldnt stun.
