[Gameplay] Kassadin ult + Blitz Q interaction

So, if you play Kassadin and ult as soon as a Blitz hook would hit you, you won't get pulled, but you will be stunned at your target location for a second instead. Not a super complex bug, just breaks Blitz's Q.

This is intended I believe, if you're in the process of casting a movement spell when blitz hook connects but haven't completed the cast, you won't be pulled ( Tristana jump has the same interaction, you can jump out of blitz hooks if you time it right).
