Game Sometimes Doesn't Launch

Twice now the game hasn't launched into the fullscreen load screen for me after all players locked in their picks. And twice now I've been marked as a leaver because of it. Both times I've tried reentering the game by exiting and relaunching league and both times ended in failure.

It takes me opening up my task manager and ending all League-related tasks then opening League back up again just to get the game working again, and, by that time, it's already too late.

I have a good gaming PC. I have a reliable internet connection. I know because I made upgrades and went through troubleshooting with my ISP and even had a tech guy visit me in my own home to have external internet connectors replaced because the old ones were weather damaged and quite possibly as old as the day the internet first launched.

If I end up with leaver buster if this keeps up, I am going to become angry.
