Can't purchase RP

Can't click on "Purchase RP" in the gift shop, I click nothing happens. It's not like wait a bit because its slow, I mean literally nothing happens. I can click on skins and stuff but not RP.

Same, except I can't buy anything. The main splash shows up, but upon click option. I get one of the following on my screen instead (and reloading the store of course isn't working)
