Darius trying to grab Blue Buff from either Red Team's Side or Blue

Hi. I just only had 1 small question. In the Old SR (Summoner's Rift), was able to steal the enemy's blue buff from the side easily, a tad bit similar to Blitzcrank's Q. Now in the New SR, you are not able to do that and cuz of this, i feel like this is a bug because you can't pull blue buff now, and before, you can. Is this intentional or no?
