I have built multiple 3* units and stocked them full of items, but the quest has not popped yet. Rito please.

Happend to me twice :c Is it possible that you need to combine a 1* unit? I had a 3* Tier 2/3 Unit...

Same, bugged for me. Had a 3 star Trist (saw the Gold), threw whatever items I had on her when I realized I could 3 star her and get the quest. Dunno if it matters, but IIRC the items were RFC, PD, Shojin.

me too, i complete it for couple of time and never done, riot plz, fix it, i just want to enjoy this fun game
