Îzzy1 votesHappend to me twice :c Is it possible that you need to combine a 1* unit? I had a 3* Tier 2/3 Unit...
rare hoagie1 votesSame, bugged for me. Had a 3 star Trist (saw the Gold), threw whatever items I had on her when I realized I could 3 star her and get the quest. Dunno if it matters, but IIRC the items were RFC, PD, Shojin.
