Payed full price, got 80% value

This has happened a few times now, and not just for me. I rr, spending 2 gold like normal. However, I get 4 new champions and a blank slot. I am positive there are enough champions where I can get a full 5 champions.

On a side note, when you rr, I find it always disappointing when 2 or more champions dont change. Even if they are simply just a coincidence that I got a few of the same champions, it would be nice if they at least changed spots so it does not look like I spent 2 gold on only 2 potential new champion options.
