Can we get a report feature for these damn bots just standing around AFK doing nothing. 1, 2, 3 in same match just standing there with their hands up their ass not fighting.

those arent bots, those are players struggling with riots many glitches and bugs, and instead of being happy you get an easy game you want to report them?
