I recently picked up Draven and have pretty good success with him in ranked. 7/1 so far. Most of my wins, though, are from a lucky teamfight or jungler gank getting me fed. I do not win my lane early like Draven should.
My problem is this: I harass the enemy, and take too much minion damage, or I don't harass at all. The complexities of ADC escape me, and I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
You don't win your lane "like a Draven" for a long time now dude. He got nerfed pretty badly. Right now optimal Draven tactic is to passive farm stacks up until lvl 4-5 and try to hit 5 earlier. When you get that you all-in and make that ONE kill which will start your snowball.
As a support main all I have to say is communication is key. Your support can't read your mind, use pings and chat to let them know what you want them to do and when to engage. Also don't be afraid to tell your support they done goofed they need to hear it if they want to get better.
