Just curious as to what Kalista is weak against, and what she is good against. I know hard cc on her is amazing. If you can hard cc her shes pretty much useless. Also slows? Mid game she barely walks she just uses her passive. Would that mean a slow does anything if she isn't walking? I am a support main so preferably supports to lane against her would be nice. Also knowing ADC's is useful too as I play a bit of ADC.
Graves does well against her, since his buckshot almost always gets her, early game at least. Trist also works well against Kalista, since her damage is more upfront. As a main support, the best one to counter Kalista is Taric, and no, I shit you not. Point click stun, gives his adc a bit of armor and heals them, everything a Kalista hates in one bundle. Naut is also a good pick against her, as the amount of CC he brings means that if he catches her, or uses his ult, she is dead. A good Lulu will piss any Kalista off, since her W is basically a "fuck you and your rend" button, and her shield annoy Kalista quite a bit. My last (but by no means least) pick against her is Karma (whom I main). Her poke is wayyyyyyyyyyy to much for Kalista to deal with, her W is point click and her hopping won't get her out of its snare range (she has to walk, not hop), her shield is annoying and it makes her have to land more stacks of rend, if timed correctly.

Kallista is weak against lanes that intiate onto her before she can stack her rends. High burst lanes combined with well timed disengages are best against kallista. This makes sense since her kit's dmg heavily revolves around her ability stack rends and leap around the enemy.
Slows mean alot if you're trying to lock her down (make sure u have enough dmg to kill her). Slowing down any adc makes their kiting much less effective.
I played Ashe vs a Kalista and won lane so hard they were salty for the entire game. The range bonus + the slow. And the CC.
