Brand Nerfs
I played against a brand the other day. He did #TonsOfDamage as you can see. We can all assume nerfing the cost on his W will not solve this issue.

Thats high but at least it wasn't Brand support.
Will force him to actually manage mana, as well as DFT being nerfed and probably forcing him into getting a mana item like 
instead of rushing
