What's the problem with Nashor's Tooth on Twisted Fate?

Overall, it looks like he'd benefit from it greatly. The Attack speed synergizes with his E, the cooldown reduction, all of his abilities, the AP, albeit small compared to another item, still is beneficial. This is just raw stats, the passive itself seems as if it'd be tremendous on our Card Master. So please, could someone inform me of why it isn't recommended, and, to me, it seems, why it's shunned as a purchase? Of course you wouldn't choose it over the big three or Lich bane, but one extra slot is open to so much possibility, and one of them being this beloved Void Fang. For mana issues, sure, yes, besides Lich bane, you have no mana sustain.. Or do you? Cooldown reduction on your W will allow you to throw out more Blue cards in situations that demands it, when low, and need to conserve mana for a W+Q combo, you have sustained damage with your auto attacks and E. So, Why? Why isn't this built on him?

Short range and immobile.

The issue with Nashor's on TF is that TF is really squishy and can't afford to stand there AA'ing people.

You'd basically need a dedicated bruiser/tank build to utilize Nashor's which is why nobody build it on TF.

Too short range mostly. AP TF is a bursty champion, while Nashor's is more of a sustained damage item.

In an on-hit/AP build sure, or if you're going tanky+AP.

Otherwise it's just not worth it because most of your damage is loaded into proccing lichbane and hitting your abilities. And the attack speed doesn't get you an extra E often enough to be worth it over something tanky, offensive/defensive or straight up raw power.

He's super squishy so his playstyle revolves around weaving in and out of combat, which is why you have seen movement speed builds pop up every now and then, as well as pros taking ghost as an offensive/defensive summoner.

As much as it looks good on paper to build nashor's tooth (believe me, I look for excuses to build that item as well as excuses to try an AA intensive TF build) it just doesn't pan out in practice. Your best bet is to invest into burst/catch to make those short windows during your stun as impactful as possible. Buuuut if you're playing normals with a group of friends go for it, tis fun to listen to high attack speed Twisted Fate.

It could work, just not as well as a cookie cutter build with item 3089 item 3285 item 3100 item 3157 item 3135 .

Then again, I've made ADC TF work wonders too.

TwistedFate is an Assassin, so you really want to build items that allow you to burst down a target with your stun card + Q & E proc. Items like item 3100 accomplish this, item 3115 is more for champions who like extended fights with LOTS of basic attacks, that's not really TF's shtick.
