As the title says. I truly hope our Pantheon, isn't going to be a shell like the one mentioned. I really hope that the personality of Atreus, the one we read about, connected to, will be present.
But, damn, I loved Aurelion Sol's lore. that was amazing. I hope things go in his favor.
The aspect itself probably has its own personality,though I kinda doubt that Atreus won't come back. Sure it was said that Atreus is gone now,but it would seem weird to establish him as a character only to replace him with someone different at the end.
I think a rioter even teased that Atreus might not be completely gone(saying that atreus being gone is the rule,but that rules are meant to be broken),but I dunno if it was someone from the lore team or not.
We already have the most dangerous thing confirmed...Pantheon is a weapon hipster, refusing to upgrade up from "Spear technology" for centurys, we have to force zombie attacks for him to even use something not QUITE a spear.
In Pantheon's new lore his personality was erased by the aspect that took his body, Unlike what happened to Leona and Diana. It is likely that Leona and Diana will team up with Aurelion Sol to help him become free and to stop the invasion of the Void, while Pantheon tries to stop Aurelion.
