Is there a good general s5 forester guide anywhere?

There seem to be alot of forest routes since recent forest changes and I was just wondering if there is a good guide on things like routes for various forester types. Sure I can look up routes for every single forester but that would involve finding several good guides to get multiple routes for each forester. It would also be really nice to know when various foresters can solo dragon. I just think my current forest routes are inefficient so it would be really awesome if there was a rule of thumb forest guide I could read.

Edit: just want to say that I'm intentionally typing forester instead of jungler. Forester sounds way cooler imo.
