Does Gangplank q proc Liandrys?
His passive is a slow so logically it should proc it, but I'm not sure. If it doesn't, does Lichbane Gangplank q proc Liandrys?

Liandry's procs on spell effects. Gangplank's passive is considered a on hit effect, and does not proc spell effects. Gangplank's Q is a melee autoattack for the game, and thus does not proc Liandry's. Lichbane is an on hit effect, and will not proc Liandry's.
