How to solo lane as Ashe, The Frost Archer

I have been doing solo lane Ashe for quite some times(especially the juggernaut rework meta), but people would probably say I'm an idiot for doing this; so be it. I'm just giving my personal experience on how to do well in a solo lane(or bot lane) as Ashe.

If you are fighting a Garen, start by putting a point into your Ranger Focus; with the additional 20% slow, attack speed, and damage (if you have already stacked enough for your Flurry Attack); Garen will more then likely start with his Decisive Strike to deal that raw damage from it(and don't worry about the slow removal that comes from this ability, it only removes slows that are currently applied to him before he activates it, just continually apply slow to him and kite; this will help in winning trades against Garen(leaving you unharmed if done right)). If Garen buys Boots of Swiftness, you need not worry; buy a furor upgrade for any boots you want to purchase for Ashe, get a couple of mobile attack damage items(zeal based items, Black Cleaver, Zephyr, and Blade of the Ruined King ). If Garen rush Thorn Mail; either have your rune page to have 3 life steal runes, purchase a Blade of the Ruined King or Blood Thirster; this will help sustain against the damage that would've been dealt against you when you auto attack him (or any champ that builds it).

If your fighting a Darius, start with your Volley; to poke at a safe distant. If you see Darius moving close to you; back track away from Darius (volley if necessary), if he use his Apprehend but misses; then retaliate against Darius since he used his only gap closer (Note: Darius' Apprehend is shorter ranged comparing to Ashe's auto attack range (550 vs 600)). If Darius managed to Apprehend you; either flash away or ult Darius before he does his damage combo.(For items, look back at the itemization for Garen)

If your fighting Mordekaiser(either duo or solo lane), relatively the same as Darius; dodge his cone ability, after that; retaliate against Mordekaiser(he has no gap closer to really use his other abilities). Rush Mercurial Scimitar to cancel his ult(also good against when fighting Zed, Fizz, Vladimir, Etc.); and build Banshee's Veil, Infinity Edge, Phantom Dancer, and Guardian Angel.(I know this build is more focused on defense, but with Ashe's passive; you'll be able to deal roughly the same amount of damage, but with a higher defensive stat(especially against magic users))

If your fighting any magic dealers that deal high burst damage, rush Maw of Malmortius. Oh and forgot to mention this before, but don't push your lane so much(no mobility to escape ganks) and set your ult up for excellent secure on targets(provide that global pressure) or to provide your jungler a perfect gank.

I would prefer people not to choose to go full damage when in a solo lane(just cause of the possibilities of getting focused on first or if your team already has another ad marksmen or ad burst champ(the defense build for Ashe that i mentioned should help in both categories)).

Fighting champs that have high mobility (example: Yasuo), it is best not to fight them so close(either to poke at them or to farm away from the safety of your tower). Keep the minion wave pushed to your side that way you can farm(and poke if you feel like doing small harassment) at the safety of your tower.

Well these are the champs that I have mostly been facing as Ashe in solo lanes. The Runes I mainly used are full flat attack damage marks, flat armor seal, flat magic resist glyph, and life steal quintessences; to provide that sustain, early game damage and defense. The Masteries I used is a 21/9/0 or 21/0/9; which helps keeping Ashe mobile enough from slowing impairment or to give a slight increase in her speed when hunting down your target. She is a very auto attack based champ since her main source of damage comes from her Ranger's Focus which helps greatly in kiting or chasing down targets.

If there are champs that you want to know how to deal well against as Ashe; then send me a message of what champ you wish tips for dealing with as Ashe. I'll try to give as much knowledge as I can give anyone who wish to know. But I know damn well that a lot of people will send me message saying, "You're a dumb ass" or "Are you Bronze?"; that is what I'm betting on.

Sorta funny to be truthful XD

Q: Solo lane Ashe seems to play like most ranged tops. What makes her different from say, solo lane Quinn or Vayne, who have more self peel and bully potential?
