Rework idea
I hear that Ashe is going to be receiving a major buff in a future patch; i would like to suggest that riot do a another rework update for the marksman since they didn't put a lot of effort or work into them (other then grave who basically came out on top of that rework) compared to the other group of champs that basically became (well, some of them) perma bans do to their new rework or kit; plus undoing the rework you guys gave to kog maw just cause his rework promoted the use of scripted program in order to kite properly with him.
For what you guys can do for Ashe, is make her something more of a scout, specializing in long drawn out battle (hit and run), high mobile reconnaissance (agile with good move speed, has escape options at disposal), and keeping her utility kit but being more focused with her basic attacks:

Passive: Frost Shot ----> it is right now fine but i like to add a little thing, not only does it slow enemy movement but it also reduce the attack speed of frosted target.
Q: Ranger's Focus ----> at the moment it is fine but i would like for it to apply on hit effect, since it is enhanced version of her basic attack.
W: Volley ----> I would like for Volley provide something like caitlyn's 90 cal. net where ashe does a back flip before she fires a cone of arrow; the cool down on it will be higher then norm, volley loses its base damage but in return volley can damage the same target with multiple hits on them; i was thinking that her volley can (if its ok) reduce the cool down time for every basic attack (receiving less cool down from minions but gaining more cool down reduction from champions).
E: Hawk Shot ----> i would like for it to possess the capabilities to reveal stealth; or to have a unique passive that gives her bonus move speed (something like teemo's E passive, but not with such a massive speed boost (just thought giving her a passive on her E that provides move speed would fit with the part of her lore where she ran from assassins)).
R: Enchanted Crystal Arrow ------> Nothing i could really say about it; its fine in a way, though here is a small idea where she loses some of the damage for higher stun duration (vise versa) or have the arrow escalate the damage along with the stun duration of the distance it traveled.
that is my idea for ashe, i'm still trying to figure out what would be another good idea for the other champs that doesn't nerf or buff them so badly; if you guys got suggestion or comment bout certain things go ahead and post an idea here.
