Best 450 you could ever spend. Both are outstanding late-game.

are some good tanks that (generally) fit your criteria (Maokai has a few skillshots, but they aren't too difficult to land, especially since Twisted Advance is targeted). Beware of players building QSS/Mikael's as Rammus though.

Jarvan, though he does have one and a half skillshots, is probably one of the best Junglers to learn.

and my all time fav just play champs with hard cc or lockdown abilities, if u go in for a gank post-6 u get a kill

I've been playing a lot of Xin Zhao recently, and I really think he fits the ticket quite nicely. Three talon strike is on a very short cooldown and provides a knock-up plus extra damage. He starts really strong and scales fairly well into the late game. Also, not a single skillshot on that champ.

both are strong. vi basically instagibs the adc no matter what if her ult is up. see u an I is extremely noob friendly, build full tank and you have stupid CC and a good bit of damage because of % hp.

THis one is all you need. It ain't easy, but if you can pull it off it's strong as fuck. Usual build: + one of these, depending on the enemy team or how far you are ahead/behind / / /

Super glue and Fling make nice ganking tools (I recommand maxing glue second, after the Poison.)
