I found that in low elo, up to maybe gold 2,3. Freezing lane is really gg. I was fizz against this morde (my counter) mid lane. I let him push with his abiloties, i tanked the rest of enemy wave. And then frooze it. He couldnt do much, i notoced also that he didnt try to break it. That won me the game since i got morr gold and xp than him.

I fail to believe that a gold 2,3 wouldnt have tried to kick your ass while you're tanking minons ;l
I Play Mord a lot. freezing a lane is hard because i push it to your tower so have to cs under a tower but i did face a fizz who did freeze lane right before tower and i couldn't dive fizz so i put myself in a bad position ever extended for no reason. long story short we won because of bot lane. i now freeze my lane as well as i can
