how do I make my opponent have 2-4 more minions than me? if neither of us use abilities & we are both only AA last hitting the minion count stays even and the position stays in the middle.. & if i'm better at last hitting somehow I end up pushing accidentally

If you let him get an AA on you while you're near minions, your minions will focus him while still kill off yours. Another way is before the waves reach each other, you can coral the enemy minions to group up on you before they clash with your minions. Initially this will cause your lane to be closer to their turret, but the focus fire of their minions will eventually start pushing it towards your turret.

you could try to bait an ability by pretending to be aggressive :l

Rivens will fall for it 9/10 times

  1. walk into the enemy creep wave before it reaches yours. This will cause the melees(and potentially ranged ones if you sit long enough) to group on you. This will cause the enemy 3 melee creeps to all be attacking the first creep in your wave while the other 2 of your melee creeps are still moving. your opponents wave will push allowing you to set up an easy freeze.

  2. Shove into the enemy tower at the proper time so that the enemy wave groups up on one or two of your creeps at the tower. if too many of your creeps are there when the other wave arrives they could damage the enemy creep wave too much.

there are other ways of course, these are just 2
