and if its warded you be low on health and mana when drags almost done your an easy kil + you leashed them a dragon

Depends, if your`e a Yi or Udyr and their jung is top and all the lanes are pushing hard then its pretty free because Yi and Udyr and similar junglers are pretty useless early and can get it fast anyway.
But otherwise, I agree.
Malzahar (mid) with RoA and blue buff (machete, tear and blue buff if ad jungling) can solo dragon without taking damage relatively quickly
