i think its a huge nerf to the item
80 ap + 20 cdr is way better than what it is now
besides most ap junglers are casters they dont want to aa and where they say its for fidle when did you ever see fidle aa ?
20% cdr is something good to a caster 80 ap is somewhat good to a caster
40 ap and 10 cdr + this aoe effect is hardly worth it i wouldnt see why i would actualy keep this item ?

This item does work for mages who rotate autos with spells who have recently fallen out of favour (eve, elise come to mind) to make them more viable again. Magus was good for a select few champions, Runeglave just opens the jungle up to more champions and those who have been having trouble since the new jungle.

for a champ like nid i feel like this is actualy bad sure she can auto in between but id much rather have a huge burst of my abilitys or a huge chunk from my spear
Kovaxz1 votesA lot of her burst comes from jumping in after a spear in her cat form and attacking with abilities that use on hit effects... which is why lichbane is useful on her. Runeglave is basically the same thing but aoe.
3tyson1 votesstil doesnt compete with early 40% cdr you might do a bit more burst but in that same 40% cdr will be able to do a spear cougar combo go back to human trow another spear get her resets cause of the spear and do another cougar combo
Aaravos1 votesthey should give back the cdr at least. -40 ap and -10 cdr is a very huge nerf to every ap jungler. It's passive base damage is poor and don't rly scale well like lich bane. It won't bring mages to the jungle.

Diana, Ekko, Evelynn, Gragas, Karma, Nidalee, and Kayle all benefit heavily from sheen items. Not to mention it solves a lot of their midgame mana issues when they start gifting blue buff.
