how to steal baron/dragon/whatever
go in early. everytime. you wait for it to get down to 2k or so health for baron and dragon and then you go in. they wont blow you up fast enough to stop you from having a chance to smite it

but how do u get out after u steal?
You can't reliably steal from someone who does not fail smite (unless you have a specific champion with a creep execute, or you also have smite but are higher level than the enemy jungler). I mean, if you can safely try to steal, go right ahead, but it won't work unless the enemy makes a mistake.
I can never time it right. Im always either way too early or just a bit too late. Its hard to really determine when to throw your ability when there can be so much surprise burst damage thrown onto it.
As a side note, can people still smite if they get CCd? Does it make sense to, say, throw your Sej ult at the enemy jungler to lock them down in order get the steal or can smite still be used whiled CCd?
