whats the rumble and viktor bug?

Here is why:

"I am having problems with using laser and ulti. Whenever I click with left click they immediately cast. I can only use them with shift+e or shift+r without a problem but not with just pressing E for Viktor and R for Rumble. I tried last time he was free and I couldn't use his ulti normally and now I can't use laser too." - DestroyerOW

The reason they are bugged is probably linked to the new mechanics they released with this patch. This is in reference to the new way in which attack-move commands are both input and received now. Like some part of the command is overlapping with the new protocol for automatically assigning targets based on cursor proximity when enacting attack-move command. I think that would make the command error invalid and not something the system recognizes. Maybe. I'm not an expert on this, just read the patch notes earlier and this issues seems like it would be related to the changes, given the similar nature of laser and ult to the new stuff.

They should bring Viktor back again next free week since he was disabled for some much his this of it. :(

I'm not sure myself, but given that the only thing they really have in common (And no other champions) is their Vector Targeted Skillshots (Rumble Ult, Viktor's E, I think it is), one would assume that the bug involves that.

i heard with Rumble his Q was pretty much one shotting people but based on this thread i feel i got lied to lol oh well i didn't hear anything about Viktor tho.

hope they fix it soon cuz i need my Rumble fix e.o

just turn off quick cast on that ability and it works fine lol

I WANT THEM TO FIX soon, also i had no problems with laser.

I avidly played and i had no problem with him. hold down both r and viktor e and then move cursor to where you want. If you have a problem playing the champ dont play him?

They really should leave the disabled notification up. I'm trying to play either champ and they're just GONE from the champ selection, instead of dissabled.

thats what i was thinking but im trying to think of what could be bugged with that. but then again its rito so it could be another one of those how the fuck is that even possible things like rumble and his exrta damage on purple side

Apparently some reddit user report that rumble and vik ult can damage some untargetable target (fizz e/vlad pool ect...) guess it's plausible . and btw the post is recent

Yeah the bug was their before 5.9 patch. It just became more noticeable with the update to movement-attack.
