Whats the fastest way to lose elo without trolling?

You see, I'm currently a S4 mid main, and I want to make it back to bronze. Listen I'm serious. As crazy as it may sound, I want to get back because I'm literally garbage and I want to go somewhere where I can win at least 1/4 games. I got to S3 because I was wrongly placed in B3, where I was able to make my mmr skyrocket, had like 30 lp a win, and even skipped from S5 to S3. Now it seems the system has caught up with me and I've realized how bad I actually am at league, and how little I actually learn. So far, I've fallen one division through being terrible, but It's kinda hard to lose like 7 times in a row to make it down a division, and I'd hate to purposely troll a game. So since I'm not getting better I just wanna play in bronze, so...

Any tips for losing ELO?

If you don't belong there you'll drop down back to Bronze.

EDIT: I was in Silver 3 last season. Dropped straight back to Bronze this one. Guess I still have much to learn. :3

Since your intent does not seem to be to climb the ranked ladder, you could always play normals.

Normals use a separate MMR than ranked, so your MMR there might be closer to your true level.

In addition, while you are playing normals, your MMR in ranked will naturally start to decay after about a month of inactivity.

the fastest way to lose elo is most defenetly letting me play on your account ( im not asking for your pasword and im not helping you ) im just telling you what the fastest way would be

this method has been prooven to make your elo drop faster than trolling

another verry effective way is to play Teemo

play in plat 2 during a summer day. one of my friends went 0 wins 20 losses and kicked back to plat 5 due to ragers and toxics trolling him hard.

Just keep playing normally and if you win you will climb, and if you lose you will drop

Lose a lot of games. Play champs you've never played b4 in ranked and gg. ez
