Some secret to this game?

I've been playing League for about 3 years and I know I'm bad enough to not even bother with ranked, but I'm getting so sick of this game because every game I'm in ends up as a landslide in the enemy team's favor.

I'm not kidding go ahead and look at my match history; almost all of my games are losses and I would really appreciate some tips or some form of help so this doesn't happen to me every game.

I'm just so tired of the fact that no matter how much I try and help out or get fed, either my teammates end up throwing or we never had the lead in the first place.
