how do i beat a team that's ALWAYS camping my lane?

i been stuck in bronze/silver (i keep going back and forth between the two) because whenever i'm doing a hyper carry, i get crushed because the WHOLE enemy team starts camping my lane. literally, all 5 of them. my team is too stupid to push lane, instead they try to go into my lane and help. now this situation just turned into a 2 v 5, which is not helping the matters any better. they can easily dive us 2v5 and we still get wrecked and i still get shut down. no matter how much i tell my team to push their lane, and ignore mine, they are ignorant and still try to help me. wasting time, and feeding enemy team, thus not accomplishing anything.

my question is...how do i beat a team by that's ALWAYS camping my lane? I was thinking maybe doing a lane swap, telling my team to go up and doing a 4v5 team fight under turret (4 being us), and myself going to an empty lane so i can continue farming. i'm not really sure, this is probably the most frustrating aspect, because once they start camping, there's no way of me winning the game. i always end up carrying, so if they shut me down it's a guarantee loss.

I am not looking for a 5v5 team fight, doesn't work in bronze/silver tiers because people have no focus and have no idea what to do. I avoid team fights at all costs unless we are fed, or am playing with a duo partner.

Tips and Tricks would be greatly appreciated. If you want to coach me (I main ADC and Support) you are more than welcome to do so.

Well, if multiple people are camping your lane nonstop, you have to decide if its worth staying there. If they have numbers and are at a power level where they can safely dive you and kill you under your turret, it's probably best for you to just get out of there and not give up kills. Buy some wards and establish coverage around your lane, and if you see multiple people coming to ruin your day, just bail out. If they've got enough power to get your turret, dont let them get you along with the turret.

And this is why you lose games.

According to you you're constantly losing games because the enemy team groups and 5 man pushes yet you refuse to group and 5 man push yourself because you think people at your elo dont how to play properly. Just think about that for a second.

Before you try to figure out how to beat a team that is "always camping [your] lane," ask yourself this question: Am I doing something that is attracting ganks?

Things that attract ganks: Are you pushing a lane with a low mobility champion? Are you not warding your lane sufficiently so that when gankers come, you're often caught offguard? (Suggestion, if you're mid, buy an early vision ward and put it in one of the bushes on the river and then use your trinket to ward the other side). As a frequent jungler, I tend to "camp" lanes where the pickings are good. If you're finding that you're getting camped in game after game, that's a sign that you're playing in a manner that attracts ganks.

On the other hand, if a team seems to be focusing you for no reason that you can find (this can happen in a single game, but again, if it's game after game, look at your own play), then there are several things you can do. First, you can ask for help. Second, you can try to clear minions in front of your tower as well as you can, delaying the enemy and allowing your other lanes to push their turrets.

I main bot lane as well, and the same thing happens to me a lot. Suddenly, theres 4 bot, they all dive turret, and just kill you, over and over. What I di in these situations is just let them have what they want to have, and go elsewhere and push something myself, and send the team to defend. Someone more tanky, for instance. They cant dive the tougher guys, and youre free to farm another lane, pressuring their towers, forcing them to either try and gamble on the tanky people defending tower and lose turrets, or leave and stop the shenanigans.

Well the problem is that your an adc main, your soloing lanes when you need to be babysat by a support or tankier teammate. of course if im an enemy I see a lonely adc or squishy hypercarry we are going to 5v1 him. The fault is really yours my friend. You need your teammates as much as they need you. You can't carry if youre being a lone wolf. You can have the most kills and best KDA in the world but trying to take on the entire team is going to get you killed.

I like to carry as much as the next guy, but i know as an adc, apc, whatever the case may be I need to be behind my tanks, dealing damage from afar, If your a melee carry you need to wait for your adc and tanks to whittle them down, and than go in for kills, It kinda sounds like your impatient which happens to a lot of people (I know from experience, because This is my biggest Weakness, but working on being more patient)

you can carry a game with 0 kills, being the carry is just having an impact if you are drawing 5 people you should draw them away from dragon or baron(late game) let your team push or get objectives. but honestly unless your shaco or fizz who can get away without taking damage you should not be in a lane by yourself.

I play a lot of adc and I prefer tanky supports like alistar and blitz because I can hide behind them and laugh as I melt my enemy. dealing damage and LIVING, SURVIVING Is the idea above all else you need to survive.

If you want an adc who can go into a solo lane and get away after farming, play ezreal or lucian, they have really good escapes and mobility to get away from those situations, if you dont wanna rely on your team as much for peel.

Dude you need to join your teamfights. if you are the ADC, even if you are doing bad, you can still deal out some damage and even pick up some kills if you are there.

You misunderstood something somewhere, there are not many champs that are better or even as good at pushing lane and takign towers as the adc.

They should not be pushing their lanes. You should be pushing their lanes while they protect yours

Depends on what my team does... If they push and get objectives I let them kill me (not for free of course). IF my team isn't taking objectives and pushing I normally ward up, and sit back...

Just throwing this out there as a Morde Main, I do a lot of pushing... And in gold I rarely ever have trouble fighting my lane.

Unless your teammates inexplicably died to creeps or jungle camps, they should be pushing their lanes hard and warding the opposite enemy jungle. They have to make them NOT want to dive you, but by taxing their control elsewhere instead of trying to save a turret that will most likely die, or dropping more teammates and giving up even more control.

League matches, at similar skill level, is all about the Give and Take. If you TAKE a 4v2 or 5v2 dive chance, you're GIVING the other team breathing room to TAKE from you in the other lanes.

Or course, this assumes you're playing with humans who have functioning brain cells...

Worst comes to worse, you've been camped and dove; tell your team to take objectives, to ward while it happens.

Last night my friends and I won a 50+minute brawlfest where the enemy team had 13 or so kills and we had 2 by the 11ish minute mark. Our Akali fed their Darius so hard that I refused to even come near top to hold lane. The only thing keeping them in the game was our Morg Support and me on Sejuani.

Whenever a lane was getting pressured, I returned it in force, either in their jungle or a lane. I kept wards up on the travel routes so we could tell where they were headed.

The enemy team played Death Squad (some call it Murder Ball, but that just means someone will get killed, DS gives the idea that they are too threatening to take on in any form), and we played the objectives. Akali kept their attention by constantly staying in top, meaning there was always a tasty kill to be had there (death timer allowing). The ninja gave 26 kills, but because of that we rarely fought the full squad (even though at the same time, Akali was the reason they were so hard).

Basically what I'm trying to say is Take what you can where they're not, and get your teammates to do so. League is like a game of tug-of-war, but instead of 1 rope, it's like, 9. If they're yanking hard on certain ropes, you can meet their aggression, or you can yank on other ropes they're probably holding a little loosely.

We won with less towers, less kills, and less gold*. You can too.

*: And with the Akali player complaining the WHOLE FRICK FRACK PADDYWHACKIN' TIME OVER SKYPE THAT HE WOULDN'T PLAY HER EVER AGAIN.

I've herded cats before, that's nothing compared to corralling defeatist LoL players. I deserve a gorram medal or something....

Concise summation:

  1. Play safe; buy wards, keep a pink one in a bush that's hard to reach by the enemy, keep greens in other bushes/routes.
  2. Learn to freeze the wave; not attacking it unless it's for last-hitting. Freezing it near your tower will make ganks difficult until they can tower-dive you.
  3. Tell your team to pressure objectives. This puts you in a win-win situation. Either you get camped and your team takes towers/dragon for free, or you are relieved of jungle pressure.
  4. If the enemy jungler/laner is being predictable (Warwick/Vi coming to your lane when their ults are off cooldown), coordinate with your jungler/laner for a countergank.
  5. If you have summoned an entire team to you, back off the lane. Let the tower go. Ping other objectives on the map for your team to take. If you can keep the enemy distracted without dying (because you're playing a slippery champion like Fizz, Lucian, Ezreal, etc.), you can buy your team time to get dragon or something else.
  6. If you're playing support, tell your ADC all of this and get them to back off when they should. If you're playing a disengage champion like Janna, you can waste a lot of the enemy's time by protecting your ADC while toplane gets tower or something. Don't do this if your toplaner isn't whacking at the tower already. If you aren't going to get anything out of it, just back off and let the tower go.

Hope it helps.
